3-6 months

As of last Thursday our 3-6 month wait for a referral has begun! It is a bit unreal to me that we are at this point in the process. We had anticipated being done with our dossier several months ago and were slowed up by some health issues and that pesky tax form, so it is a little crazy to think that we actually FINALLY got our dossier done! Within the next month and a half or so we will be notified as to when we need to report to Omaha for fingerprinting by the Immigration office to complete processing of the travel visa for our child. Wow! This is becoming so much more real now! Yay! I pray that the Lord will cause us to glorify Him in this waiting time. How easy it is to get stuck living in future anticipation and miss the gifts of grace today.
